Terms and Conditions of Sale: The Vintage Corner

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) regulate the purchase of wines and regional products through The Vintage Corner. By making a purchase, you accept these conditions.

1. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages (Wine) Minimum Age:

The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited to individuals under 18 years of age. By purchasing wine, the customer declares to be of legal age. The Vintage Corner reserves the right to request valid identification at the time of delivery or pickup. Responsible Consumption: We promote responsible consumption.

2. Prices, Payments, and Availability Prices:

All prices are indicated in local currency and include applicable taxes. Published prices may change without prior notice, but the final price will be the one agreed upon at the time of confirming your order. Availability: The availability of wines and regional products is subject to stock. In case we cannot deliver a requested product, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund of the amount paid.

3. Shipping and Pickups Risk of Breakage:

The customer assumes the risk of bottle breakage or product damage once the order is picked up from the store or received and accepted at the shipping address. Packaging: We ensure the use of appropriate packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transport. In-Store Pickup: If you choose to pick up at the store, the buyer's identification will be requested.

4. Exchanges and Returns Product Defects:

We accept exchanges or returns only if the product has original defects (e.g., defective cork, spoiled product, severe damage to the packaging before reception). Time Limit: The customer has a period of 72 hours from reception to notify any manufacturing defect or damage. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and untampered (except in the case of "corked" wine). Regional Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of perishable food items once their packaging has been opened, unless there is a quality defect.

5. Privacy and Contact Use of Data:
